Every purchase has a 30 day warranty from West Texas Premier Laptops, which means any issues will be repaired by us within the first 30 days at no cost to the buyer*. Other warranties, which are through Square Trade ( 1 year, 2 year, 3 year ) warranties that cover accidental coverage, damage, and faulty products. 

We have many different accessories, we purchase on your demand. We have affordable wireless keyboards, mouses, and also cases and other supplies. We can get specialty gaming supplies and many other items, just let us know!!!

We also have access to many printers! Get a color laser printer for less than $100, or a All-In-One color laser for less than $200! These deals don't last long so let us know how we can help you. Remember, laser printers save a lot of money and last much longer than ink jet printers! 

Repair Services - Unlike other stores, we charge a low fee of $25 dollars to look at your computer and take care of easy problems. Most of the time, the charge is no more than our diagnostic fee ($25.00) and they get their computers back without huge charges that set them back. If anything is going to go over the $25.00 cost, you will be notified of the estimated cost and given time to approve them before any repairs are made. 

Our goal is to be fair and keep the cost of owning a computer down. We know that problems come up and you shouldn't have to stop using your computer and lose access because you cannot afford the repairs, so we make sure to keep the costs down.

We keep a small in-house inventory of computers and focus on personalization of computers. You give us a budget, what you would like, and then go on the search for you. Once we find the unit you want, you make the purchase, and then we get you the computer you've always wanted!

*Computers are sold as-is with no returns. Repairs will be made during the warranty period with no labor fee and will only pay wholesale cost of parts. After the 30 day period, the $25.00 diagnostic fee applies. Square Trade is a separate entity and warranties purchased through them should be read entirely and all warranty issues will be dealt with via Square Trade.
